BBC iplayer 'servers too busy'..... just me?

I'm trying to listen to the Archers on radio 4 but get this message from the BBC iplayer:
Our servers are too busy. Please try again later.


Is it just me?

    no, I can't get iPlayer at all this evening. Yesterday a friend asked to come to mine and watch a Natural World episode and it was painfully jerky but at least she got to watch and the sound was OK. Today zilch! I use TalkTalk is that relevant?

    Nothing for me either today, not on TalkTalk, I use a real ISP :D

    By the way, I always download and then watch from the downloaded file - saves the jerkiness which I find immensely irritating.
