Eligibility and how to enter
No purchase is necessary.
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of Butlers Speciality Cheeses and their families.
Only one entry per household. Duplications will be deleted.
To enter, you must submit your details via the online form, on visiting www.butlerscheeses.co.uk and following the link titled “Win a gourmet break for two in Lancashire”.
Entries must be received by 5pm on 31 March 2009
To be valid, all fields must be completed on the submission form.
Responsibility cannot be held for loss of data through technical difficulties.

Winner announcement and publicity
The prize draw will take place on 2 April 2009 at the address above.
We will notify the winners in writing by post within one week of the draw. They must contact us within one month of the draw date in order to qualify for the prize. If we receive no contact in this time we reserve the right to re-allocate the prize.
Correspondence will only be entered into at the discretion of Butlers.
To be notified of the winners you may write to the address above after the draw or view full details on our website www.butlerscheeses.co.uk . The winner names will be sent to anyone that requests this information within three months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the address above, requesting details of the winners.
Prize winners must accept that Butlers will have the absolute right to use their name, town of residence and county for the purpose of announcing the winners of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
Details of the prizes
One prize of a gourmet break for two, which must be taken between Monday and Friday, on a future date to suit all parties, from 1 May 2009 to 31 August 2009.
Butlers will pay for reasonable accommodation and refreshments as described in the prize details. Any additional charges at Northcote Manor or Longridge Restaurant will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Five runners up will receive a specially prepared hamper of Lancashire speciality foods, to include plenty of Butlers cheeses.
The prize details are specifically described in the details explaining the promotion. Whilst Butlers will make every effort to accommodate the winner’s needs, they reserve the right to only offer the specific prize details and no responsibility is accepted for any disappointment. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash equivalent.
Your data
We will NOT pass your data onto any other organisation other than Butlers Speciality Cheeses for marketing purposes. Butlers will however contact you from time to time with information and promotional offers from the company, unless you have requested us not to do so when you completed the entry form. Different end date given though so I'll go and do some checking to make sure

UPDATE: yes, it's the same comp. Reason for differing end dates is that it does end on 31/03 but is drawn on 02/02, which is why the other post states end date as 01/04
