Thanks, Pen-Pen. Here's mine for the week:
Last night (as I'd just got back from emergency trip to hospital): takeaway (I know... bad meDidn't feel like cooking)
Tonight: Chicken Fajitas
Saturday: Moussaka
Sunday: Chicken Pie with mash and veggies
Monday: Leftover Pie with something (on own, so don't mind what I eat with it)
Tuesday: Tomato and bacon risotto
Wednesday: Shepherd's Pie with veggies
Thursday: Pasta Bake
Lunches will be sandwiches or leftovers, supplemented by cheapy chocolate bars (a weakness, I know) and some cakes if I can make some this weekend. Puddings will generally be ice-cream with crumbled biscuits over the top or yoghurts. I've still got my Christmas Cake to bake (it's a quick one so it doesn't really matter how long I leave it) so I might bung a sponge cake in at the same time to maximise oven use.
Have a good week everyone.

All HM of course! Other lunches will be just sandwiches or such when the children stay at school for lunch. Here in France the children either eat school lunches or go home, There's no packed lunch like in UK. Mine eat at the canteen twice a week. Breakfasts are combination of porridge and toast. Afternoon tea is generally bread and jam, but I do often make cakes and biscuits too. We eat a lot of sourdough bread at the moment. Yeast is relatively expensive here so I try to make sourdough as often as I can and save money on the yeast!
Edited: forgot to say that we are eating up the cupboards and freezer at the moment, hence lots of pasta - my cupboards are awash with packets of pasta!0 -
