Now have a letter from them with a refund cheque. Cheque is for £30 less than I worked out. No bill, no info online, no nothing...
Phoned them up. They estimated the final readings (despite my telling them the actual ones) and they were well high. After giving the correct readings I tried asking why I had not had a bill. I didn't get a satisfactory reply and I have the distinct impression that they do this deliberately so that if you don't chase them they make a nice extra profit.
