HSBC overdraft arrangement fee

I have had my HSBC and overdraft limit of £200 for almost a year. The other day I got a letter saying I can keep my overdraft for another year but will get charged a fee of £25 which will be taken from my account of the 20th of Dec. Being so close to christmas I cannot afford the £25 but as I am well into the overdraft cannot pay it back. I think this £25 is silly.

It is silly, I had to pay it as well, when I was skint! Luckily I had enough money (just!) for it so I didn't go over my limit.0
