Hi Guys
After some advice on balance transfers
At the mo have HSBC & Amex which both are around 18%, is the time right to try and apply for 0% or will I get turned down?
Have prev been turned down for cards only twice for outstanding borrowing.
Many thanks

I would have thought that even if you have a good recent credit history your level of existing debt may be an issue. When did you get turned down previously?0
