Wanted: Video recording onto memory card with good sound

Hi, I'm looking for a video-capable camera which will record video onto a memory card (not tape) and which will record good quality sound, all for the cheapest price possible!! Any suggestions?

Here's the cheapest I've found:

Olympus C-770
Hotshoe-mounted decent-quality mic
512 MB xD card

All comes to about £290

Fuji F10... Just remember that always ask if you can record continuously as
even if you camera with a 512mb card that doesnt mean it can take 20mins of footage
in one go it can mean you can record 20mins of footage but in increments of 1minute
at a time if the camera only has a small buffer.. the Fuji F10 does however record
20mins non stop no problems.

That's a good suggestion, but I believe the C-770 is better both in featuring MPEG-4 recording and having the facility to attach an external mic. It also streams to the xD card in video mode AFAIK.
