Broken Trampoline pole

Does anyone know if
a) Argos trampolines are generally hardwearing?
b)are there any complaints regarding their trampolines breaking easily
c)if you can get replacement poles for trampolines
My children have had a trampoloine for 3 months and although it has had daily use the use has been responsible use. Despite this one of the net supports has broken completely off after my 12 year old fell against it.
I am concerned that this could be a safety issue not to mention the fact that the product was fairly costly!!!!
Has anyone else had any experience of this?
