european lottery commission

hi, i got a phone call on my mobile yest while driving, the number was showing as "unknown" as my house is, so i pulled into answer, it was a guy, with really bad broken english, saying he was from the european lottery commission, wanting to enter me into a draw for £3500 (a small amount for a lottery, no??) i just hung up, im guessing its a scam,

yeah, sorry, i have no more details i just hung up, i have a PAYG fone, and i wasnt charged for the call, maybe if i had hung on to see what he was gonna say, i could tell better, but i think so?

Of course its a scam! Have you entered a european lottery?? And even if you did, wouldn't you know you've won from your ticket!

He was asking Piglet to enter the lottery not telling him/her s/he'd won
