I'm hoping for vouchers tommorrow too, they usually send them out on a friday & they've also been replying to emails today so might of been getting everything sent (or maybe thats just wishful thinking

Laura as long as you have the receipt/proof of purchase you can take it back, it doesn't matter whether you have the box or insructions, legally they have to refund/replace it (i worked in Argos when i was a student

How long do the vouchers usually take to arrive? Got the daily 500 email on the 23rd december with the notice that it would take up to 6 weeks, my g/f emailed back with her details but haven't heard anything back since.0
