parents and teachers who tell me
how brilliant the NitFree Comb is”
    Rebecca Abrams, The Daily Telegraph
Nitty Gritty NitFree Comb Prescription Details
As a one-off prescription, one NitFree comb will keep a whole family nit
free. The means free from lice and crucially their eggs.
Your GP can find it listed in Section IX A of the NHS Drug Tariff in the
    Appliance section under sub-category:
Head L i ce Device, Ni t ty Gr i t ty Ni tFree steel ni t comb wi th
    mi c ro-grooved teeth.
It can also be found on the Electronic Drug Tariff. Once the site is entered,
just type Nitfree or head lice in the search box.
    http://www.ppa.org.uk/ppa/edt_intro.htm
The Nitty Gritty NitFree comb is also approved for prescription by
    Prescribing Nurses.
[‘Pediculosis (head lice)’ is one of the conditions listed for which Nurse
Prescribers are allowed to prescribe, under the guidelines on Nurse
    Prescribing in Part XVII.
Prescribing health visitors are also able to dispense the comb.
The PIP Code is 294 6366. (useful for your pharmacist)
The Nitty Gritty comb conforms precisely with current NHS guidelines,
which recommend ‘wet combing’ as the preferred method of head lice
eradication. However, unlike plastic and other metal nit combs, the NitFree
removes the ‘live’ eggs, empty ‘nit’ shells as well as the actual head lice.

sorry for the change of suject and good luck hun x
