We got a BT Freestyle 350 Cordless Handset dect phone from ebay cheaper than anywhere else, perfect condition & we think it's brill!!

Not sure about battery life though as we don't use it a great lot

I managed to buy a phone off ebay not long after mine went t!ts up, fingers crosed it will be here tomorrow or the day after....

Found the biggest nit I have ever seen in all my days in the savages hair, so just spent 2 hours bent over the bath combing it inch by inch! She can tuck her hair inbetween hair "butt crack" (as she puts it) so as you can imagine, it took a while to get through!!!

I only found one beast of a nit but 20 eggs!! I know which child at school has them as she has white blonde hair, always down, it is really fine too, and you walk past her and all you can see is her head crawling in them poor thing!

I have warned the savage no to get to close, and always tie her hair back neatly every day! But I am so bloody peeved off having to de-nit her, only because it takes so long and I know that regardless of how many times I do it, this other girl will stil have them, her parents don't seem to care else they certainly wouldnt let their little girl come to school with them!!!!

Last time the savge got them I noticed in the morning whilst putting her hair up, i called the school - told them she would be in at break time and I de-nitted her there and then!

Arghhhh sorry to rant - about nits of all things.... but it just "grinds my gears" when they let theeir kids go to school KNOWING they have them!!!!

ok......... rant over for now!
