Cg....maybe its a story your local paper might be interested in especially with the spirit of christmas and all that. How elf and safety has gone mad etc? Just a thought but its surprising what a little publicity can do. I remember many years ago about the road police doing a rolling roadblock as a little child had dropped their much loved teddy out of a window/sunroof. That made me think what a lovely thing they did. Might be worth a try?
