Ryanair refunds

Has anyone actually got a refund yet? We had our flights cancelled by Ryanair two weeks ago. We were going to Alicante for the new year. They have had our money all this time and promised a refund. We are still waiting. It is very difficult to contact them. Anyone suceeded so far. This was to be my first experience with Ryanair, never again. What happens to all the interest they make out of us?
