There are also loads of companies who will sell you details of sellers who are looking to sell their property quickly. Prices range from £20 to as much as £200 per lead, but the lower end is more normal. These are for the more experienced investors, but there are also companies who offer 'ready made deals'. These are deals whereby the sellers have accepted a low offer, the company will pass on the deal to you - for a finders fee of course!
Have a look at www.singingpig.co.uk - this site has loads of info about investing in property.0 -
Perhaps it is time for a repossession sticky?
As someone else points out on these threads, how much extra are you willing to pay for a repossession?
Surely there are more bargains (and repossessions) to be had at auction.Been away for a while.0 -
Hi thanks for all replies. Premiere, I am not only looking at reposessions to buy just curious as to other areas of property buying out there. This will be a first purchase for us albeit later in life so all information is gratefully received.
We are certainly not going to rush into anything at present but will wait till the right property comes along
Thank you all once again and sorry for the naive question it is just all new to us and we want as much info as possible0
