Hi Pan, thanks, no it was alternatives to were I could park my car. Im gonna stay in a B+B near the airport that offers up to one week's worth of free parking which is nice. The B+B is costing £39.95 and the parking would be for 5 nights anyway which means I am probably shelling out the same amount anyway which is nice! How are things with you?

Sounds like a good deal re the B&B parking, but i assume you'll not be using the room? [STRIKE]Are you visiting the family? Or are you keeping your options open? lol! [/STRIKE]

Hi Maz, I will be using the room but only to sleep in ;) I will finish work tonight about 1800 and drive up to Bristol from Plymouth, stay over in the B+B, get a taxi in the morning, then fly up. I considered driving up tonight but its about 540 miles and I would have to do the same on Tues coming back down, its just too far. Gonna have something to eat in the B+B tonight though :) What are you up to today?

Morning all - it feels like Ive been away forever!

Toto - gorgeous piccies of your girls. I'm trying not to be jealous but I can't wait for Evie to be here (20+5 to go - not that I'm counting.)

All hell has broken loose here - the BIL and SIL have split up and she moved out a couple of days ago and has taken the children with her. He's really cut up about it and says he's too upset to see his children cos he doesn't want them to see him crying, so she's bringing the children to school each morning and then collecting them from the MIL after work. And so the battle lines are starting to be drawn and I feel like I'm stuck in the middle cos I'm friends with her even though I'm married to his brother and I don't know what to do for the best:confused:

In money news, work are paying me for 108.5 hours overtime (that I did over summe) but 26 hours is going to be paid as double time:D. Sadly it hasn't appeared in this month's pay packet and neither was the special payment :( but that has to mean that it should be in December's pay packet just in time for Christmas!!!

(((Hugs))) to all who need them and even though I've shed-loads of work to get through I'm going to keep logged into MSE so I don't drown in boring work.

True enough - it really is a 'business' flight but we used them in the summer cos they were dead cheap and convenient.

I just had a look at their webpage - there's a non-stop 9pm flight tonight but its expensive co its last minute which I guess is where you miss out as you don't know far enough in advance if you can go.
