Asda is £157 I think just for the wii. Tesco - paid £179.99 which included wii play which on the receipt is £34.71 so total should have been £214.70!! I think it was a good deal as have been advised on these forums to get an extra remote control.
Hope you manage to get one.

what is in the wii play???
i have just looked for the offer online but it isnt there and dont know if to take a trip to tesco!

Wii play will give you a second controller which is very useful (especially with the Wii sports package - tennis is great 2 player, as is baseball!!). It also has 10 mini games which are good fun (cow racing, fishing, etc.) You can buy seperately for around £30, but is often out of stock. The Tesco deal seems better to me.

wii play is another wireless remote and some games, not complicated games but quick 2 player games, ideal for older parents (like mine who want to join in but dont get hard games or play computers. we plays our tank game all the time when have few minutes to spare.

been to tescos!!!!
they are not doing the wii console with wii play for the 179 as i have just checked...thats the sheffield,infirmary road...the best they can do is the console with sports and mario olympic games for 179
