has anyone used the above company successfully ? I ordered 3 calenders from the website on December 1st, and paid paypal, i have tried ringing them and have got through only once to be told all orders were honoured with in 28 days, that ruled out any hope of them arriving for christmas so i bought replacement presents, thought i would hold out for them to arrive and give them to elder family memebers in new year, but thier phones are still down, engaged or just a dull tone, and i am getting no reply to my emails. I paid for these using payal for the sum of £44.97 and am now stressing a bit, can i get my money back ? ?

Hi, i ordered mine from here http://www.personalised-calendars.co.uk/ as you can see they have updated us regulary. I have received a full refund and was told we would still receive my calendars, which i got today, BUT when i ordered back in November i took that 3 for 2 deal. Today i received 2 calendars but not my free one. I have been trying to phone them today as well but without any luck...grrrr..

thanks kimberley for your reply, how enfuriating this has been !!! the correspondence the first, and my anger that the site is still up and running taking orders !!!!!!
i have emailed the address on my paypal receipt but that bounced back !! i have emailed also the email address on the site but dont hold out much hope of getting a reply. not sure how long i want to hold out ? ? do you think i will get a full refund ? ?

I did, but only from the people on that site i gave the link for because i ordered through them. If i were you i'd ask Paypal for a chargeback if you can. The only thing is with this company i got the refund from, they are not saying who was refunded, so thats how we still get our calendars. If you ordered yours directly from Calendar in a Box, then your more likely to not get your calendars (if you still want them) if they give you a refund.

may get a refund and get the calenders printed else where then I guess ? ? i told my nan and aunty that thier main present was stuck in cyber space, and being non technical they are realy excited about the whole thing now especially as they barely see the kids !!! grrr !!! best do some research !!! thanks for your help !

I'd wait then, they will have sent them all out within two weeks. The calendars are nice
