Christmas Dec's here will be minimal this year, just a tree's in both the lounge and computer room as it's an all adult household anyway, and my parents who usually come for Christmas dinner have decided to swan off on a cruise this year (first time in 45 years I won't see them on xmas day) :hugs: tmk, what you feel must be 100 times worse, I'm just sulking cos they didn't ask if I minded lol. We have always stuck with the superstition that it's bad luck to put them up before 12 days before and 12 days after

Am cooking Roast Pork, roast spuds, roast carrots, roast parsnips, cauliflower cheese and sprouts for tea!! Yummmy!!! Am sooo looking forward to it!!! And a few glasses after tea!!
Done 1st december comps - have no idea how people can fit in dailies, monthlies, advent and 'normal' comps and have a 'life' too!!! hehe!! Any tips please???? I have days where I just enter everything, then days where I enter what I would like or what I can use for family presents etc..oh and CASH!! Always enter cash ones if I can!!
How does everyone else do it??

omg I am now addicted to hunting the bloody haggis, not good when your trying to catch up on comping !!! Done my dailies but as the advent ones start tommorrow need to get organised for that tonight !!!

once you spot the haggis and enter do you only do that once a day or can you enter as many times as you want?

DH gone to collect DD from drop off point from them being camping, LO fast asleep so will be chuffed when her sis gets back. The bedroom is all tidy at last, how long do you think it will stay tidy???

Just going to put scampi & chips on for tea, was going to do a turkey or chicken dinner but too late to put it in now so scampi instead.

Watching xmas vids on 4MUSIC so feeling all christmassy now, will start wrapping all the presents this week then when the tree goes up next weekend I can put then all under it!!!

Gert - I quite agree. I am trying to catch up on all the comps I missed over the weekend and it appears pages appear. I would love a way to enter loads more quickly!

No decorations up here yet, I need to venture up into the loft. I am feeling inspired now, but its too dark!

Ooooh and I won some chocolate!!! :T

Am getting so annoyed with DD!!! 5 pairs of pants today she has wet through - and all she can say is It was an accident Momma!!! Do you think she could have an infection?? Its like she can't even hold it in for a min?!?!

Tumble dryers are so... totally ungreen
and probably bad for the enviroment
but
I am using it amd got nearly all the washing dry:rolleyes::D
