Weird TV Reception Problem

Hi, We live in Glasgow, in the west end. TV reception has never been great, but with a booster we've always been able to get freeview with no problem. However, in the last few weeks we have been experiencing a strange problem when the signal strength drop dramatically for 5,10 even 20 minutes at a time. By switching to a terrestrial signal we can see how poor the signal is.

The problem appeared to go away a week or so ago, but now is back worse than ever. I've been googling around to see if anyone is reporting a similar problem, but all I found was lots of reports from the summer, in the south side of Glasgow, when a new wind farm was causing symptoms very similar to what we are experiencing.

Does anyone have any idea why we might be experiencing these sorts of problems?

Thanks.
