Lloyds Fees

I was shocked to receive a letter yesterday from LLOYDS saying i had gone over drawn by 46p. It was on an account that i never use, last recorded use was June 2008. I went straight in to the bank today and asked if they could tell me what it had been for they had a look and advised me that i had ebay fees come out i was confused and agreed to look into it. I asked if they would wave the fee as it was the 1st time i had done it. She had a look and said i had been charge £6 a day for the last 5 days i was over drawn by 46P she then informed me that i had been also charged an admin fee of £15. so that was a grand total of £45 for a 46p overdaft which i cleared the day after i had recieved the letter. they agreed to clear the £30 and i would have to pay for the £15 admin fee, i agreed. But i am really shocked at the fees. If i went over on my credit card or late payment i only get a £12 feee so why do the banks have to charge so high for such a small feee???????
