Be careful, I just looked at flights from Stanstead to Eindhovan, the flights were very cheap, a tenner for an adult and a child return, but the taxes and fees pushed the cost up to £75 !
Same costs as an already booked flight with easyjet. Their taxes are cheaper than Ryanair, as always, check the other airlines before you buy.0 -
Just like to say that I don't agree with all of these cheap flights anyway, for green issues, which is why our flights are always for the OH and our daughter, not including me, as I refuse to travel on them.0

Ahh Eindhoven. The home of Philips.
I onced lunched with the owner of the oldest restuarant in Einhoven (I forget the name now but she was a lovely lady). It was established by the owners Grandfather two years befor Philips got started and while we were chatting the Grand-daughter (Then in her Eighties) of the original Mr Philips walked thruogh from the back entrance and out the front to do her weekly shopping with her chauffeur parked at the back of the restuarant.
Happy Memories. Have a good time there."Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -
I'm with MATT on this one...the worst thing to have happened in recent years. Polluted air (greenhouse gases but just as annoyingly NOISE)0

Flown with them on several occassions and no probs whatever.
As good as ANY budget airline IMHO"Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -

As someone who lived under the Heathrow flightpath in the fifties and sixties and suffered the Viscounts and Comets and who now lives near another airport, I can tell you which noise level is better. Even though there are more flights, modern aircraft are infinitely quieter!0 -

And also as good as many full price airlines. I fly Europe often for work, BA, KLM, etc.., and IME there's no difference, now that even the premium airlines are now penny pinching and offering stale cheese sandwiches as "meals".0
