very odd - but it did take me over 50 goes to get it to work ,and when i tried a shorter password (9 longs) it finally went through

Same here, it won't accept my password either. Getting frustrated now - pity cos the prizes are so good.

I think your password also has to include a number.

I think the password has to be 6 letters or shorter ~ does not need to include a number
