Debenhams delivery problems?

Hello!
Was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with orders from debenhams online?
I ordered a quilt (15 tog for my constantly cold partner) two weeks ago and it has not arrived yet, called them today to be told it would be delivered today but nothing has come (eight working days later from despatch notice).
Has anyone else had similar problems and am I in for a long wait and a big phone bill???

i ordered a pair of shoes on the sunday and they were delivered on the friday
think cos of the sale a lot of orders are being delayed0 -
