Candied peel - I need some inspiration

I've got a (slightly out of date) pack of Sundora candied peel in my cupboard. The recipes on the box are italian panettone and bavarian stollen which both seem a bit long winded. Got any ideas?
Thought about chopping a few bits up and adding them to a biscuit mix. Do you think it would work?

Yep
You could also add them into any sort of sponge mix either as a cake or as buns and pretty much any kind of rich fruit cake you'd care to make.
Picking up cake and biscuit ideas from the bero website might help

Candied peel is nice in bread pud,or you could add it to vanilla ice cream wtih raisins and glace cherries to make tutti frutti ice cream.0
