BoS Name and Address for Complaint Req

Does anyone know the name of the person in charge of the BoS in Edinburgh and their address? I have wrote a complaint to BoS and didnt get a satisfactory response so I am pulling my account after 20 years. Have already had a letter from their Customer services section who I wrote to and dont wish to deal with them.
