Have they sold perfume in the past? Did you check what other buyers have said?
You certainly can 'fake' perfume, but I have often bought perfumes from ebay and had no problems.0 -

Hi ya ..
First of all it could be " cheap " for a few reasons ....
1. Genuine sale .... unwanted prezzy ....
2. Genuine .... but nicked .... hence cheap ...
3. Fake ..... and smells like " gnats pee " ....
4. Bought in bulk ..... and sold cheaper ...
There are plenty of fake perfumes around .... you only have to go to a local market and the stalls are overloaded with them ... especially with Christmas coming up ...
What make perfume is it ?
Is it boxed ?
What's the sellers feedback like ?
Can you put a link on to the auction ? .... so perhaps someone on here could take a look ? ( i understand if you don't want to give away your ebay id ) ....
If you have already paid for it .... when it arrives check the box for spelling mistakes ... sounds obvious i know .... but you would be surprised at the very poor spelling on some boxes ...
Sorry without seeing the auction or the actual perfume it's very hard to tell ..... and even then you might not be able to ....
Sorry am not sure if any of this actually helps you ....
Hope it turns out to be ok ...

When you first use it, spray it somewhere discrete, so if you come out in a dodgy rash, the whole world won't think you have the plague!!!
How cheap are we talking here?? If it's bought in bulk, then expect say a 30% reduction on the RRP. Anything less than half price and I'd be rather suspicious!
(I went on a horrible tacky holiday to Turkey once, and they were selling the "Genuine Article" for £10 a bottle!! Hmmmm...)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
if it has come sealed i would usually bid on it. but if it is opened then obviously notJune 22 wins -

You could always take it with you into Superdrug / or local chemist and compare boxes ....
What make is it ?

i also bought some perfumes from ebay and i think 5 sets of hugo duo 15-19 pound each box,and i rather liked the box then perfume.they were good but i also bought david cool water and it look fake cuz i think there was water mixed as instore price was 30 and i bought it for 20 pound.i also bought some perfumes from boots which are hugo boss, armani, and one other make of hugo but can't remember now,all of them seems to be fake,i paid like 30 to 35 pound for each but there smell didn't long last and wasn't good like it was in tester(waste of money i'll say).once i bought a spray from carboot sale joop...lol for fiver but it was soooo fake that at the end of the day i put it in toilet and was using it like air freshner ha ha ha that made me and my mate laugh...and guess what from where i buy nowwwwwwwwww,,,well no where i just look around and order sample from diffrent companies as they are free and they are not fake(as they can't be)......hopefully you guys are going to try my idea from now on rather then wasting money on these things0
