iPod repairs

Hi.

Does anyone have any experience of using non apple repairers for iPods, my hard drive has started to click and whir and it seems to need replacing.

I have found a site ipoddoctor.co.uk who can install a working HDD for £99 with a free high capacity battery and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them, or knows someone better/cheaper.

The 20Gb Tosh hard drives are only about £40, and it looks to be a really easy job to do...

For £99 you are almost at the level of buying a newer, shinier model with another years warranty

Thanks guys, Im pretty technically savvy and so will give the self fix route a go. Just need to find the harddrives now.
