Lots of leaflets in the Wrexham store but no products for under £5.00. however i got some face mask tubs and only paid £1.oo for them. Also the very nice SA showed me where the rst of the TD stuff was and when the next batch would be coming in- Monday- I will be there,, I did buy some lovely TD gift sets and only paid £4.99 for them with the voucher and they will do for xmas pressies.. I know i shouldnt really be spending but they were a bargain don't you think? lol

Sorry about that, I was a bit busy on Saturday, although I did leave the face wipes behind. I won't go into Boots for the whole of this week to give other people a chance.

Did you go to the one by Sainsbury's or the one opposite Woolworths? The one by Woolies didn't have any leaflets when I got there, so I guess it was the one by Sainsbury's.

My OH is a courier driver, so I sent him on his way this morning with a couple of coupons and detailed instructions to try every Boots that he passed.

He just rang to say there is nothing under £5 in Chorlton, Withington and Didsbury, so he has been ordered try the Trafford Park Retail Park on his way home.

    Will keep y'all informed.

Update - Trafford Park Retail Park had 3 TD products under £5, (well, 2 after I had mine:D )

Call me a cynic, does anyone else think that maybe Boots have emptied the shelves?

  • Hi All
Got one of the £5 vouchers, and noticed that there is a BOGOF deal on all Daniele Ryman products. The cheapest gift set they do is a handcare one in a nice bag for £8.49.
Decided to risk it and presented 2 gift sets plus £5 voucher. This was accepted and meant that I got £16.98 worth of product for £3.49. Bit of a result, I think!
Well worth it as my birthday/xmas pressie hamper is now looking even fuller...

    Happy Shopping

Just been to Boots at the peel centre Stockport, they seem to have removed or 'sold' all the cheaper TD things but I was looking at the DR things when an assistant walked by and saw me looking she said they are all buy one get one free< i said what will happen if I use the £5 voucher she said I would get them both for nothing, as I did.

I went to get some more and go to another till and the sourpuss on there said I could only have one but I stood my ground and said I had been told otherwise, she reluctantly gave me 2 free. and muttered under her breath `I don't know why they don't just give them away` (did'nt she know thet were).
Anyway I went to the Boots on Merseyway and they had no cheaper TD so I looked at the DR things they were all double the price than I had paid round the corner.
Checked on the internet when I got home and the peel centre must have priced them wrong or something,.as for example I paid (well did'nt really) £5 for a body spritzer when they should have been £10.
I also got 2 packs of no7 facial washes for £1 each with the £5 voucher.
wouldnt have had the courage for all this but for this forum!!!

Forgot to tell you I then went into BHS and was told that if I applied for their store card I could have a free bottle of wine and a box of chocolates, so I did and will cut it up when it comes. Feeling all bargained out after today.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Gone and done another haul today - finally found some DR products - the cheapest £8 but BOGOF and then the voucher means £18 worth of gear for £3 - this was in Parkgate boots - lots of leaflets and also lots of TD left. Then went to Cortonwood Boots, and got another TD product (free) - and replenished my supply of leaflets - only 13 more to work my way through!
  • Whilst looking for the DR and TD products also check out these 2 freebies which I found today, the voucher is in the Lilac de-stress as per thread below.
