Found the leaflets yesterday and went today and found 6 items of facial wipes, hand lotion, face cleanser and in all "bought" 6 items. Handed over the vouchers and was told 1 voucher per purchase. No problem I suggested the lady void that transaction and we will start again. Handed over 1 voucher per single item (why all the fuss about this I've no idea because it was the same in the end) and came out with £30.00 of products and cost me £1.00 . Thanks for the pointer. :T

    What is it?

Boots are currently running a 'Change One Thing' campaign for the New Year. As part of this there are a series of leaflets available in-store focusing on different topics.

In the 'Your Free Look Great Starter Pack' peach coloured leaflet there is a voucher at the back for £5 off Time Delay or Danielle Ryman products in Boots.

    Whats the loophole?

There are lots of products in the Time Delay range that are under a fiver so this is a great freebie to bag! Items under £5 which you are the deep cleansing wipes, hand and nail crean, cleansing wash, cleanser and toner. In other words use the voucher and you'll get it free.

There is not a lot under a fiver in the Danielle Ryman range but look out for BOGOF offers as MoneySavers have reported being able to use these as well. Also look out for clearance items as there may be some items under £5 in the sale.

The important Terms and conditions on the voucher:

The voucher must be presented at the till before your transaction is progressed. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. This voucher is valid until 31/01/06. Photocopies of the voucher will not be accepted and the voucher is not transferable. This voucher cannot be used as part payment with Advantage Card points. Offer cannot be used on boots.com or bootsdirect.

    Any issues:

My suspicion is that Boots wasn't really thinking that people would come in and grab multiple leaflets as they're able to do, and thus grab lots of freebies rather than discount. As such people are reporting stores with no leaflets left or they've run out of the freebies. Thus GO QUICK. GO QUICK. GO QUICK

    Back to the original post...

Went into Boots yesterday and I picked up a look great change one thing booklet. At the back of the booklet they have coupons and one of the coupons is save £5 on Daniele Ryman and Time delay. Picked up some time delay facial wipes for £4 to use with the voucher and it worked. Went back and tried it again with some time delay cleanser that was £4.50 and i had that free too!!!

Its a great offer I managed to get 8 items yesterday. The offer finishes on 31/1/06

Here's some of the time delay items you can get free:-

    Facial Wipes
    Hand and Nail Cream
    Cleanser
    Toner
    Exfoliating Cleansing Wash

Hope this helps alot of people :)

Got lots today in Cheltenham - went to both the High Street and the Gallagher Retail Park. DR all half-price in the Gallagher Boots store, and there's not much left now ;)

Assistants in High Street store were a bit grumpy, but the lady in Gallagher was lovely and let me put through four coupons in separate transactions all using DR BOGOF, which was even more of a bargain at half-price! I asked whether they were discontinuing it, as there was not much there and it being half-price: she said that there were depleting their stocks before putting more out, she thought the products were being changed slightly or relaunched. Said there was loads of stock out the back, but they were waiting to put it out until they had cleared what was on the shelves at half-price. Hopefully it will be put out before the vouchers end!

I picked up loads of leaflets and have no problems exchanging them for free goodies in Northampton - one till assistant looked puzzled at another and said "what, they get it for nothing....?".

Cheaper items are now getting scarce though - no hand cream or face wash, a couple of wipes left and quite a few cleanser and toners. Still loads of leaflets though.
  • Got another 2 products for free today facial wipes and toner :)
