EasySpeedUpManager? What is this

I have recently got rid of Mcafee and instaleed Avira and Pc Tools however on my desktop and tool bar I have something saying EasySpeedUp Manager with a symbol of 3small cogs a blue,red and green one it says OK and Cancel but nothing happens when I click on either box it just makes a bleep/ring noise like a keyboard key sound etc.

Anyone know what this is?

Easy Speedup Manager is an application written by Samsung to automatically switch your computer between different power profiles based on how much its being used. It also controls the fan speed on Samsung laptops. You can uninstall it if you want or leave it in - it's up to you.

Thanks yes it is a Samsung cant get rid of the pop up though and its covering desktop icons!

tried those keys also

Edit did a samsung basic restore and its gone

go to start, then control panel, then add/remove programs and remove it
