    Nell Gwynn, carmen miranda, bette midler, dawn french, christmas fairy, top cat.
    Sometimes it's easier to think of a costume you'd be happy with, then find a 'famous' person to match it...try not to be too 'sizist' about it, think of a famous peson on an off day or playing a part in a film, or even Dawn French in lots of her sketches with Jennifer Saunders eg ballet dancer or animal character in Beatrix Potter etc Let us know what you decide
    edit You could just go as you...you will be famous one day...a la X factor wanabee

    Lol, dawn french certainly isn't a size 16/18! Think more Sophie Dahl before she lost weight! Well that goes for me anyway, but everyone carries it differently I guess!

    The Marilyn dress on one of those links was under £20, sadly sold out at mo.
