Or somebody I can complain to to try and get a card issue sorted out with them? I've tried emailing their shocking CS but without much success. I know there's a few postal addresses you can write to but to be honest I don't really have the time and patience for my issue to be resolved with them.

I'll try the Sara Weller thing. I have been trying to call and got told the same thing I got told 2 weeks ago (that it would take 10-14 days to get sorted and 2 weeks later I'm getting told the same thing) if I could avoid writing to them I would as my writing at the best is horrendous :P I could type a letter out but no pinter to print it off with. I'll keep looking/trying to see what I can do.0

Option I'll consider. Got at least 2 libaries in my vicinity. I did try what optimist suggested to me and the email didn't come back so that's another option open to me. Can't understand why they being so difficult about a replacement card for me. My bills are always paid in time....I supply them with all they needed. Credit limit/name and address and what not and get told I would recieve a replacement card no probs only to be told earlier on today that there was no record of my initial enquiry (their words not mine) and would take another 10/14 days? I wouldn't normally be so bothered about this but with the christmas rush and what not you can probably understand that i'm just a bit tense incase nothing gets to me on time and by the time I do get the replacement card and get to the store everything's not in stock which I need to get for people. Where does that leave me? But thanks guys for the replies. Some of you can be a helpful bunch
