Aye...the cheapest one.
Seriously though I just deal on price, but I normally have a couple on the short list and call them up and chat to them and get a feel for what the are offering.
I'm currently with Purple and they seem ok, last one was V1 (felt they were a bit more personal). Many swear by "Ling" but I haven't found her that competitive in what I want.
