Cancelling Prudential Health Insurance?

Hi there,
I wondered if anyone has any experience of canceling their Prudential health insurance? I signed up to get the gym membership reduction, but they have recently changed how they bill this and so I'm now paying around £80 a month - and given the current circumstances I could do with that as cash!
I've had the policy since April this year. I've looked for information on the website, and have sent them an email but they've not got back to me just yet so wondering if anyone else has done this and how they went about it!

Sent them a letter, (recorded delivery), cancelling, and cancelled the direct debit.0
