I also got the email, abit disapointed that I wont get a frisbee or a mug:D.

It looks like we wont get them until after christmas but at least it something to look forward to after the anti climax from christmas.

I', a bit worried, as i registered but it appears i never clicked on the amazon link, and registered in the normal way instead.

I emailed them today about it saying i had not received any of the auto replies you guys have, and they wrote back saying, you're not on our database for the amazon voucher, did you click on the link?

I replied back saying posibly not, but surely you can see i registered well in advance of the amazon offer closing, nearly 2 weeks ago, and also completed more than 60 reviews, also being a qype ninja as i got a little carried away!

Im depserately hoping that they will be kind and still issue me with a voucher, seems a tiny bit unfair if not!:rolleyes:

I haven't received one either - some of my reviews were too short so I added to some and did some new ones to make sure I had 50 good ones - I soooo hope I get a voucher, I had the Ninja goodies email today too.

Me too - Got Ninja and Insider Email today (Frisbee would've only gone to the Dog anyway, I just want my Ipod !!) I Hope they are putting a replacement in for the two items they are taking out?? Or is that just wishful thinking?

Also got My £50 Amazon Voucher which I've spent already on Xmas Pressies, so cant grumble can I !!

I personally think that qype is a bag of *****. I DID click on the link and I did do enough reviews to make me a ninja and I also emailed them and I also messaged Rob who is on my contacts list. I've had NO reply, nothing at all, and think they're absolute charlatans. I'm going to give them one last email but so far absolutely not impressed with them OR their customer service.

I got that e-mail yesterday as I've completed the first two reward levels, and I have e-mailed to ask if they are planning to replace the items they are taking out as that was pretty much half of what they advertised for the first two reward levels. If they e-mail back I'll post it on here, I should hope they plan to put in replacement items otherwise they are going to get a few complaints I'm sure.

Still working on getting to ninja status - getting better at writing reviews which is good for my journalism portfolio at the very least!

"Hi,

We sent that email out yesterday so nobody got a shock when they opened their boxes. We’re changing the goodies we give out next year and that means we can’t order any more of the existing stuff now (as we order in such large quantities it would be a bit impractical).

Sorry if anyone’s disappointed, we do try and avoid this happening and if it does happen then we try and communicate it as quickly as possible.

Once we move forward on the launch our new Insider goodies in the new year you will be informed quickly!

So basically even though we've done just as everyone else has done to earn the rewards, we're getting less. I have to say I really don't think much of that coming from a pretty big website, I'm sure someone will think that's me whinging, but fairs fair - especially when the pictures on the website still show the items they are not giving anyone now.

Very dissapointed with them on that front.
