    companys like hmv and play com say it can take between 2-5 days to arrive so it could come today or monday .

    I will live in hope but having read the earlier post about some of the couriers being told to return all Woolies parcels and not pick up any returns it doesn't look good.
  • typically i pre ordered mine in store and now can't find my reciept. can i do it without?
    can i just go in there and do it?

    I ordered a cd last week, then the website was down so i couldn't cancel, then i found the one with dvds cds is up running, its the other with toys etc thats down, anyway luckily my cd arrived today.phew

    I orderd a guitar on 12th Nov. ( £63)
    The money was out of my bank 4 days later.
    It says order fulfilled. But no guitar arrived, tryed e-mailing them, no reply.

    I emailed them and I did get a reply not that it was much help, however they have given me a number to call 08448117111 which I will do tomorrow. Hope this helps.
  • I was also emailed giving the same number after i tried contacting them last week.I have been trying this number all morning there is a message that says due to a technical issue they are unable to help with any online orders, well that doesnt help me does it.
  • i also ordered something on the 22nd of november, unfortunately for me the total was £100.14 and stupid me paid with debit card so im not covered under section 75(i think thats the name) i got an email on the 24th to sy my order had been dispatched, havent received it as yet so emailed them and was told to call customer service.
    called the line today and had the automated message about online orders, went through to track my order and it said it was with the courier company and should be delivered on the 28th, well its the 1st today?! eventually got through to an adviser who said they couldnt tell me anything as it was an online order. I asked him if he could give me the telephone number of the courier company so i could call them directly and his excuse was ''we use several different couriers for differewnt things so i can tell you who it would be'' yeah right!
    he then took down my name, telephone number and order number and said he would get head office to call me (should i hold my breath?!)

    one thing he did say to me which worried me somewhat was

    '' id advise you not to wait in as there is really no need'' :eek:

    i guess im pretty screwed, this was meant to be my 4 yr olds main present and i reaaaaally cannot afford to get her anything else!
