Just checked internet banking and payments totalling £1536.77 have just gone out. Much of that is knocking down the expenses account (which I am including in my challenge but separately from the other debt) so not off personal debt but every bit helps.0

hi! please may I join? I would like to aim for £3k to start, as that would clear one of my credit cards but if I do exceptionally well, I will increase my target, but don't want to overface myself.0

Morning all!
I'd like to join in please - have just found this thread.
DH has several (at least) K on CCs. (I have none). We have an od which we regularly fully use and a mtge of just over 100K. DH is being made redundant at end of month - whilst we will get some money I don't want to use it to clear debt straight away as he doesn't have another job as yet.
I'd like to add myself for £15K please. I'd like to do more, but I know there's some things we want to do to the house which we'd like to use the redundancy pymt on if poss - so I'd like to do those things and still reduce debt by 15K if we can :-) - depending on whether DH gets a job and how soon, of course!!
I have a massive stock of soap & toiletry making supplies which I'm going to try and sell off to reduce my stock. At cost price I'd like to sell £2k worth - which is a start. DH has also put in some expenses claims which will help. We have little to sell on ebay etc, as most of it has already been listed! We have 3 children (with another on the way) and so things tend to get passed down rather than leave the house. I did list a few DVDs on ebay over the weekend, though.
Right - that's me for now. Will check internet banking later

Wooo :j :j
Day one of the challenge for me today.
Have just worked out that I need to pay off approximately £22 a day in order to reach my target. So I'm just off over to my online banking to hopefully pay that amount off my cc.
Will update in a little while. I'm so excited for this challenge, I hope I can do it.
Much Love and lots of good wishes to all.

I've started - £100 paid off the Egg - so I'm now under the £10K. More will be going out throughout the month and I'll update when that happens. I've also included my interest payments within that and will do so throughout for consistency. Plus its also easier for me to work it out.Debt free and Keeping on Track0
