    Good morning everyone

Bit glum this morning as i have not received some money i was expecting via bacs. Very depressing and will mean i have to stop/reduce payments for a while.

I really don't like being in debt. Its horrible. No wonder i had yet another restless night .

Ona positive note,we are all making good progress.

Keep it up everyone and have a great day ;)

I have a loan payment come out today, so another payment done. I will update my snowball and signature when I am at work but it should be about £200 off the total........

    Morning everyone....long time no post!

I've been away and doing other stuff and constantly re-jigging my budget and how I want to do things....I also had to pay DH's CC and other bits and pieces, so my total is lower than it was and back to spreading it over the full 12 months and just the 'extra' I need in my signature.
From now on it's a plain £1000 a month that will be added to my total...

You are all doing very well......

:o Saw this thread in December but was too scared to commit to it. Recently had my LBM and have decided to step into the light and commit to £10K by christmas 2009. Have looked at a snowballing calculator and realise it is within my reach. Have given my mum my credit cards to hold so my job is to clear the debts by throwing as much money as possible at them.

Well done on getting rid of the MBNA card Mel - will work out my total for Jan on Saturday but should be ok although still a little bit off target but will hopefully make that up through the year. A couple of small payments to make over the next few days and thens its steaming on into Feb! x x

Ok, it is the penultimate day in January, and I am off work sick today, so if anyone wants to start posting up their "total paid off to date" then I will add it to the spreadsheet........

Just so you know - this is the total you have cleared so far in the challenge, not just what you have done in January.
