I think ice will bring up the pile again. I had a new carpet fitted today as well. Just managed to give the dog the bum's rush out of the door before he vomited on it

    Hi Goldentouch.
Thank you for your advice, but can you tell me how this works?
    Regards
    Pete
  • Please advise what the yarn is made of (wool, nylon etc)
Wool tends to have natural recovery properties whereas man made fibres usually don't.
The very best people to advise are the manufacturers. Ask the retailer or supplier who made the carpet and what it's name is, then give their csd a call and be as specific as you wish.
    Hope this helps
