End of Balance transfers Rides?

I don't think balance transfers will ever end, its a great money maker as most people don't know how to use them correctly (i.e. make purchases too). However I think with this banks made be able to detect with a higher degree of accuracy those customers that are unlikely to make them any profit tarts/stoogers etc..
