What is your favourite luxury hand cream please?

  • L'Ocittane Pure Shea Butter (in metal tube) is amazing. Very rich (perfect for winter), smells divine and sinks in easily. Leaves hands feel like silk (can be both MUCH cheaper on ebay.

Clarins Hand and Nail therapy is excellent, too. But be careful: there are two creams that are in exactly the same looking tube. One is good (Hand and Nail Treatment Cream one), and one is rubbish (interestingly, one with SPF15)

Also, if you can come across a German brand Herbacin, it is amazing, one of the best hand creams and only 4 pounds. But hard to find, there is a chemist in South Kensington (London) that sells it. Actually, here is a website where you can track down stockists, the hand cream is EXCELLENT (well, it's german, 'nough said)

Oooh I LOVE the smell of naranji - there is a range I'm sure you can get in superdrug and it smells EXACTLY like it!

Re Molton Brown: I used to find the scent of the naranji a bit overpowering (we had it in the loos at work before my company decided to cut costs and use cheapo stuff :D) but I've recently discovered the White Mulberry range thanks to getting a gift set of the handwash and lotion. I think it's great. It has quite a strong smell but it's very fresh, like cut flower stems. The lotion is light but sinks straight in and is really non-greasy.
