50% off Boots 3for2 gifts from 26 Dec?

Can I just say that it's not really 50% of 3for2 gifts - just 25% off each individual item?

Assuming you make the most of the current 3for2 (and being a good money saver, I do), 3 gifts at £15 each costs £30. This is £10 each.

From Dec 26, each one will be £7.50 each. To me, this is a 25% saving.

Ok - I know the items may not be available and you can buy them individually. But I don't like misleading 'money off' info - someone will fall for it.

Before the list was updated today, I went through the link to La Senza website where it still showed that Glamour lingerie was still 50% off. As it said that the discount would be taken at the check out, I bought some 'xmas' underwear, but didn't get the discount. Was very disappointed and will probably send it back when I get it as not willing to pay the full price. Or are the bras around £50 so the discounted price would be £25?

Ever since I have shoped there (comming up for 13 years now- Ouch!!) they have had a sale on Boxing day. I know as I have visited it at some point, every year bar one (when I was at work) on Boxing day.

B&Q www.diy.com start their sale on 24th December. Looking round my local store today, I could see plenty of things that would make good last minute Christmas presents!
