5-6Hi strangely had 2 NSDs xmas day and boxing day so met my target this month!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £174.8K Equity 32.77%
2) £2.6K Net savings after CCs 6/7/25
3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £24.3K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 30.1/£127.5K target 23.6% 29/7/25
4) FI Age 60 income target £16.5/30K 55.1%
5) SIPP £4.8K updated 29/7/250 -
had my third NSD- only halfway to my target but will try in the new year for six0

9-10Two NSD on Xmas day and Boxing day taking me up to 5. Planning for a NSD tomorrow so that will be 6.0

20+Right, Christmas is over, time to claim my NSD's...
No.16 on Xmas day (dispite an emergency loo roll run at 7pm(thank heaven for 24hr Spar!) this comes out of grocery budget thou)
No.17 on Boxing day. Spend day yesterday (went for a walk on the Moors & had a scrummy ploughmans).
No plans to spend today, finishing work 6am then sleeping til late afternoon, then off to the OH's mothers for a roastso NSD no. 18. Two more too go!

Im doing a lot better this month on my NSDs so far iv done 4 out of the 5 that i wonted to do.
so im pleased obout that.
