            Hello,
My order finally arrived today! All in order apart form a £1 worth of stuff not delivered which I'm not that bothered about. I don't know what the problem is with them because their stuff is really good quality, especially the bath robes. I don't know it they have gone under as I rang trading standards and they didn't mention they had gone under. Anyhow, I would order with caution in future.Housework only gets noticed when it's not done.My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them. Can never keep up with the thread - otherwise I'll never get anything done! But hugs to All :grouphug:XxX0

Now no toys on their website - looks like they have reverted back to just selling linens. Says 'all toys are now sold out'.
So a company that was re-launching as a toy shop has sold out of all their toys . 0 . 0

I Have Ordered From World Of Linens In The Past And Always Recieved Good Quality Items And Have Had Great Service. I Placed Three Orders Totalling Over £200 From Their Sale In Nov. I Have Recieved Nothing Although My Card Was Debited Instantly. I Have Sent Numerous Emails And Spent Endless Time On The Phone Trying To Get Through To Them. Is Anyone Else In The Same Position And Any Ideas On How We Can Get Our Money Back. Many Thanks Phoebe.0

I placed an order early December and after calling them daily they did get it out to me (when I said I wanted it refunded if it was not going to arrive before xmas) everything came and I was thrilled with the stuff. I had ordered before so I knew it was good quality. However I then placed another order and it was only for £37 but I see they have now gone under. I paid with Visa Debit. Am I covered?
Shame they have gone bust as I loved their stuff. The bedding I got this time is really gorgeous and was so cheap. White Company quality at Ikea prices.
 Thanks

Lexylou, sorry but I do not think you are covered. You could try to claim the money back once the administration process has completed, but it is unlikely you will see the money again...sorry....Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I got most of my order but not all of it - I'm gutted they have gone bust as I was really pleased with the stuff that did arrive and I was hoping the rest would turn up! I will have to check but I think the outstanding things are probably about £30 of the order. I paid with mastercard. What do I do now to try to get the money back?
 Thanks, Ali0
