Okay, nothing in the freezer apart from some chips. In the fridge I've got some eggs & butter. In the cupboard I've got 1 tin of corned beef, 3 potatoes plus a tin of potatoes, 2 tins of beans. Need to feed 2 adults and 1 child. Help please.

Omelette and chips!!!! Cut some potatoes into chunks, and fry in a little butter, then add to the eggs, and surprisingly the beans, ive often put baked beans into an omelette and they are lovely!!!! Not sure about the corned beef in there as well, but might be worth a try!!!!0

Corned beef hash made with all yer taters and serve with beans. You could do scrambled egg on the side, maybe, or if you've got a bit of flour do some pancakes for pud. Just sprinkle a little sugar on them if you have no jam or syrup.

Fry the mashed corned beef, stir in the beans, top with mashed potato as in Shepherds Pie.
JulesThe ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0 -
Boil up the potatoes, mix with tinned pots and then cut up the corned beef and add to the potatoes. Add the beans, then fry the mixture in a frying pan to make a fried hash. Add some tomatoe sauce or an oxo cube. Transfer to another dish and then fry the eggs and place on top of the hash Yum yum
You could just cut up the potatoes into small pieces and fry them too instead of boiling them. Make sure you scrape the crusty bits off the frying pan as thats the bit that tastes the best

Can all those recipes be frozen ok? They sound lovely and I would like to use some of them as a lunch at work so would be reheating in a microwave. Would that be ok?0

Yes you should be able to freeze them ok. Not the fried egg on its own but omelette freezes ok.0
