Spyaxe - the worst malware?

I've just spent an entire day trying to remove one small bit of malware from a pc.
It was running the Windows firewall, Adaware and AVG but it still got in.
AVG doesn't pick it up. Adaware removes it but it simply reinstalls.
Avast doesn't pick it up. HijackIt & Winpatrol can see it but can't do anything about it....
SPF'll block it from sending stuff in/out, but can't stop it from running..
There is a specific program to delete it.
The website is http://www.malwareremoval.com
There's a list of comments about it which runs into hundreds ..

Spyaxe is a nasty thing. Especially if it's wrapped up with SmitFraud as well.
I used to have to remove them with HijackThis individually but there is a fix for it now.
