My contract was up today and as normal every year i ring and upgrade my mobile for free.
Rang today and they said they had NO free mobiles for me to upgrade too and sugessted i rang back about January!! maybe they might have some deals then?
Anyone else had this? as ive upgraded my phone every year for years

Tell them you're leaving as "3" offer the same/better deal AND a new phone and ask them for your PAC code. At the very least, that should get you put through to the customer retention department.0
