transferring money from UK to France

we have accounts with Barclays, Halifax and Nationwide in the UK and in the process of opening an account with Credit Agricole Britline in France.

does anyone know what the cheapest method of transferring money from any of the UK banks to CAB ?
we hope to be able to transfer roughly £1k / month

I have posted this a couple of times on other threads - but always use a specialist foreign exchange bank - best rate, no commission, no fees (depends on amount.)
