Sorry if I'm being thick, but isn't the box you put the discount code in on the page before payment is taken. The next button for me to press is submit order, and that is the same page I have to put the discount code in, which it says is invalid.

Maybe you could give me step by step instructions

Ok go to checkout at step 2 it says redeem voucher. Put code in capitals DHA000789 then press button next to it calculate my discount. This should then show you at bottom of page the right price with your £5 taken off. HTH

I've tried using the code from Marie Claire DHAD000789 but its also not working - ahve emailed the Body Shop and will let you know how I get on

The code in the first post is wrong it's DHAD000789. Worked fine for me, but it's a shame you can't get the 'love your body' card 10% off aswell when you use codes. Quidco at 12% helps though!!

It fits in that one. Noticed that if you are taking advantage of the Love Your Body card offer through Quidco it will make you choose between the 10% Love your body discount (plus another 2.5% VAT discount) OR the 20% voucher code. You can't use both.
